Stackable, Rotatable or not
Quantity of packages or container
Dimension of each packaging Unit or container
Gross weight of each packaging Unit or container
3. Transportation method ?
Air or Sea ( LCL or FCL)
Port to Port or Door to Door
4. From what location will the product be moved from and to ?
Port name if only moving Port to Port
Full address (incl Zip code) if moving Door to Door
Other notice: residential area, prohibited street etc... if any
5. Request of transportation routine?
Direct or Transit
Requested Transit time
Free time at Origin and Destination
Free time at Origin and Destination
6. Request of documents
Export docs such as C/O, Fumigation Cert, etc....
7. Information of Exporter and Importer
Does your company have function and full license of export ?
